1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in the Pulse Pop: Blast Adventure mobile game (the “Game”). It applies to the current version distributed through applicable app stores.
Pulse Pop is a casual puzzle game featuring levels, chain reactions, and locally stored game progress.
2. Information and Game Progress
2.1 No Accounts or Registration
The Game does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other account information to play.
2.2 Information Stored on Your Device
The Game saves gameplay information locally on your device, such as level progress, earned stars, gameplay achievements, and preferences or settings. This information is used to resume your game and maintain your choices.
In the current version, this locally stored progress is not synchronized to a developer-operated server or cloud account. We do not have routine access to it. Depending on your device and operating-system settings, local app data may be included in device backups managed by your platform provider; those backups are subject to that provider’s practices.
2.3 No Developer-Integrated Analytics or Advertising
The current version does not integrate Firebase, an analytics SDK, or an advertising SDK. It does not display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Advertising may be introduced in a future version, but no advertising-related data processing is described as active under this version of the Policy.
2.4 Information You Send to Us
If you contact us at serbanvadi@gmail.com, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, and handle related requests.
2.5 App Store and Platform Processing
Apple, Google, or your device operating system may independently process information in connection with app downloads, purchases (if any), device backups, security, and platform diagnostics under their own privacy policies and settings. This does not mean that Pulse Pop receives those records. We do not control processing performed independently by those platforms.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our processing is limited to the purposes and legal bases relevant to the current version:
- Providing the Game (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where applicable): enabling the requested gameplay and maintaining progress and preferences locally on your device.
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): responding to support inquiries, troubleshooting issues reported to us, and protecting our legal interests, subject to the applicable balancing test.
- Legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)): retaining or disclosing limited information where required by applicable law.
Local gameplay data is primarily handled on your device; we do not receive it merely because you play the Game.
4. Advertising and Future Changes
The Game currently contains no advertisements. We may introduce optional rewarded advertisements in a later release, for example to offer additional moves after a user chooses to watch an ad.
Before enabling advertisements, we will review the relevant advertising provider’s data practices, update this Policy, update applicable App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures, and implement any consent or tracking-permission mechanisms required by applicable law and platform rules. We will identify the provider and explain the categories of information it processes at that time.
The possibility of future advertisements does not mean that advertising identifiers, advertising profiles, or ad-related usage information are currently collected through the Game.
5. SDKs, Permissions, and Similar Technologies
The current Game does not use developer-integrated analytics, Firebase services, or advertising SDKs. Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally. The Game does not require an account to function.
We do not use browser cookies to track players within the Game. Any future addition of SDKs, network services, or device permissions that materially changes data handling will be reflected in an updated Policy.
6. Sharing and International Transfers
We do not sell players’ personal data. In the current version, locally saved gameplay progress is not transmitted to us for sharing with advertisers or analytics providers.
When you email us, your correspondence may be processed by the email service providers involved in delivering and hosting the message. Such processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards applicable to those services.
We may disclose information from support correspondence to competent authorities or professional advisers where required or permitted by law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data: Game progress and settings remain on your device until removed through available in-game reset functionality (if provided), clearing the Game’s stored data, or uninstalling the Game, subject to how your device handles app data and backups. We cannot remotely delete locally stored progress because we do not maintain a linked user account or cloud copy.
Support correspondence: We retain emails and related information only as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. We periodically review whether continued retention is necessary.
To ask us to delete personal data contained in support correspondence, contact serbanvadi@gmail.com. We may retain information where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, including the GDPR, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as data portability and objection to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise your rights regarding information we actually hold, email serbanvadi@gmail.com. We will respond without undue delay and, where the GDPR applies, generally within one month, subject to lawful extensions. We may request reasonable information to verify a request.
Because game progress is stored locally and is not associated with a developer-held account, we ordinarily cannot access, export, or erase that progress remotely.
You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
9. Security
We aim to minimize personal data processing. Game progress is stored locally rather than in a developer-operated online account. You should protect access to your device and keep its operating system updated. No method of electronic storage or communication is entirely secure.
10. Children
Pulse Pop is a general-audience puzzle game and does not require players to create accounts or submit personal information to play. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children through the Game.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address and want us to review or delete it, contact serbanvadi@gmail.com. The Game’s age rating and any future advertising configuration will be assessed separately under applicable laws and platform requirements.
11. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Game rules and level outcomes are ordinary gameplay functions.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy if the Game changes, including if we introduce rewarded ads, analytics, cloud saves, accounts, or other third-party services. We will publish the revised Policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
